Dennis Balletto has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and asset management, currently serving as Vice President of Loan Originations and Asset Acquisitions at Boston Omaha Real Estate since August 2023. Previously, Dennis held roles including Sr. Director and Team Leader at Bank of Nevada, and Senior Vice President at Store Space Self Storage, where responsibilities included financing various real estate projects. Prior experience also includes significant positions at Bank of Nevada, Mutual of Omaha Bank, and First National Bank of Nevada, focusing on building relationships with commercial real estate developers and local business owners. Dennis holds a B.S. in Economics from UNLV Lee Business School, completed in 2004.
