Dennis J. Balletto

Dennis Balletto has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and asset management, currently serving as Vice President of Loan Originations and Asset Acquisitions at Boston Omaha Real Estate from August 2023 to March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Director and Team Leader of Mid Market CRE at Bank of Nevada from July 2021 to August 2023, and Senior Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions at Store Space Self Storage from January 2020 to September 2021. Dennis also held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender at Bank of Nevada from June 2011 to January 2020, as well as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Mutual of Omaha Bank from July 2008 to July 2011, and AVP of Commercial Real Estate Lending at First National Bank of Nevada from 2005 to 2008. Dennis holds a B.S. in Economics from UNLV Lee Business School, earned between 2000 and 2004.
