Kenneth Morales is an experienced finance and real estate professional currently serving as an Associate at Local Asset Management since May 2024. Previously, Kenneth held positions as a Junior Analyst and Analyst Intern at Boston Omaha Asset Management from October 2022 to May 2024 and contributed to the Boston Omaha Build-For-Rent project. Earlier experience includes working as a Property Manager at the Women's Development Center from April 2020 to December 2020. Kenneth is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Real Estate at UNLV Lee Business School, expected to graduate in December 2024, and previously attended Western High School.
