Charlie Clapp

Charlie Clapp, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving as an Equity Analyst at Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. since March 2018. Previously, Charlie worked as a High Yield Research Associate at Fidelity Investments from January 2015 to February 2018 and interned as an Equity Analyst at Adage Capital Management, L.P. in the summer of 2014. Early in Charlie's career, a role as a Legal & Compliance Intern at Natixis Global Asset Management provided foundational knowledge in the financial sector. Additionally, Charlie has a background in operations management from Blue Yonder Oyster Company, where 1.8 million oysters were cultivated, and held responsibilities at Duxbury Yacht Club, supporting a large membership base. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
