Jeff Melnick

Jeff Melnick is an accomplished leader in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in brand management and operational oversight. As President of Boston's Pizza Restaurants, LP and Boston Pizza International Inc since May and April 2018 respectively, Melnick has focused on driving brand growth in the United States. Prior to this, Melnick served as Brand Leader for Gordon Biersch at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, overseeing 32 locations, and held various senior roles at Red Robin from 2006 to 2016, including Senior Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and setting strategic goals for 426 corporate locations. Melnick's career began at Brinker International / Chili's, where oversight included 73 restaurants and significant annual revenue. Melnick holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
