Nicole Jensen

Nicole Jensen has worked in the field of employer engagement since 2018, when they began their role as Assistant Director, Employer Engagement at the Boston Private Industry Council. Nicole later became Lead Employer Engagement Manager and then Employer Engagement Manager. From 2014 to 2018, Nicole worked at the Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they held the roles of Assistant Director, College Access; Center for Community & Learning Partnerships, First Year Seminar Instructor, and College Access Coordinator: Center for Community & Learning Partnerships. Prior to this, Nicole worked at School on Wheels of Massachusetts from 2011 to 2014, as a Student Advocate and AmeriCorps VISTA Systems Manager.

Nicole Jensen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Psychology from Emmanuel College (Boston) between 2007 and 2011. In 2010, they studied abroad at Richmond the America International University- Florence. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management certification from Wentworth Institute of Technology. In 2016-2017, they attended the Institute for Educational Leadership's Education Policy Fellowship Program. In 2020, they obtained a Women's Leadership Program certification from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
