Patricia Lawley

Patricia Lawley currently serves as the Youth Programs Librarian at Boston Public Library since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in youth and young adult services from roles at Hinsdale Public Library, where Patricia has worked since May 2014 as both a Youth and Young Adult Services Associate and Youth Services Librarian. Previous experience includes an Outreach Storytime Internship at Oak Park Public Library and a position as Office Manager at Suite Partners Inc., which involved managing bookkeeping records and supporting client projects. Additionally, Patricia has contributed to public health initiatives through roles such as Gilead Project Intern at Communities In Schools of Chicago and Personal Fundraising Consultant for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Patricia holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
