Meghan O’Connor

Meghan O’Connor is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Coordinator at the Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing digital content and internal communications. Previously, from February 2019 to January 2022, Meghan held the role of Editor, focusing on copyediting materials for the organization and collaborating with staff to ensure accessibility for the public. Earlier career experience includes an Assistant Editor position at Brill from April 2014 to February 2019, where project management of manuscripts and coordination with marketing were key duties, as well as roles as Editorial Assistant at O'Reilly Media and JBJS. Meghan holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Theatre from Bridgewater State University, supplemented by academic experience at the University of Galway in 2009.
