Nerlande Mintor

Nerlande Mintor is currently working as a Business Operations & HR Consultant at Mintor Consulting since May 2022. Prior to this, Nerlande worked at Boston Renaissance Charter Public School as the Human Resources Director and at Sharon Public Schools as the Director of Business & Human Resources. Nerlande also has experience in finance and accounting roles at Education Development Center, Lojack Corp, and WB Mason. Nerlande holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Lasell University.
