Ben Skemp

Ben Skemp is a seasoned professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Senior R&D Manager for Electrophysiology at Boston Scientific since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ben held various managerial positions at Coloplast, including Manager of PMO & Implantable Technology and Senior Project Manager from March 2021 to August 2025. Ben's extensive experience includes a directorial role in engineering at Worrell, and significant contributions at Nordson MEDICAL, Vention Medical, St. Jude Medical, AGA Medical, and Cardiovascular Systems Inc. An MBA graduate from the University of Minnesota, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, provides a strong educational foundation for Ben's career in research and development within the medical field.
