Jens Hagstrom

Jens Hagstrom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Boston Scientific, Jens has held various roles including Operational Excellence Manager and Industrial Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Industrial Engineer I at Hormel Foods and a Teaching Assistant and Volunteer Researcher at the University of Minnesota, where Jens contributed to project management and research in affordance perception. Jens began a career in human factors engineering as an intern at 3M and initially worked as a Senior Landscape Technician at Savanna Designs. Jens holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
