Jorge Romero

Jorge Romero is an experienced quality management professional with a background in engineering and production direction. During tenure at Boston Scientific from February 2020 to August 2023, Jorge served as Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, overseeing the quality department and leading teams of quality engineers and technicians. A notable achievement includes developing a Power BI tool to centralize quality metrics at the site level. Earlier experience at Cargill involved serving as Maintenance Supervisor, managing a significant annual utility budget and supervising equipment technicians, as well as contributing as an Engineering Intern on a feasibility study for a biomass boiler replacement. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Production Direction and Industrial Automation from OBS Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
