Kelly Schwenn

Kelly Schwenn has extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within the medical devices and food industries. At Boston Scientific, Kelly served as Director of Program Management, leading the PMO office for the Arden Hills Manufacturing Site and developing strategies focused on supply chain management and product commercialization. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager overseeing process development for the FARAPULSE catheter franchise and Senior R&D Manager at General Mills, managing a team dedicated to innovation for foodservice products. Additionally, Kelly has experience as Medallion Laboratory Operations Manager, directing operations in an Analytical Chemistry lab with significant revenue growth. Kelly holds an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
