Kristen Day

Kristen Day is an accomplished sales training specialist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Since February 2018, Kristen has served as the AF Solutions / WATCHMAN Principal Sales Training Specialist at Boston Scientific, developing and executing product and sales training for the WATCHMAN Therapy Awareness organization. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, achieving notable recognition, including the 2016 President's Circle Award and being named National WATCHMAN Therapy Awareness Field Trainer of the Year in 2021. With previous roles in industry-leading companies such as Amgen, Eli Lilly, and AnazaoHealth Corporation, Kristen has consistently demonstrated high performance in sales and training, contributing to significant revenue growth and team collaboration throughout a career that began in public relations at the Medical University of South Carolina. Kristen holds multiple degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
