Paul Hooker

Paul Hooker is an experienced Operations Director with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at Boston Tea Party Cafes since May 2018, Paul previously held significant positions at Whitbread from April 2009 to May 2017, overseeing brands such as Beefeater and Brewers Fayre. This included leading operational change initiatives, brand development, and new site openings. Earlier experience includes roles at Travelodge, where Paul progressed from Area Manager to Regional Director, as well as positions at JD Wetherspoon and Thresher Group. Paul is currently pursuing a Certificate in Coaching at the University of Warwick, building on a foundational education from Birmingham City University.
