Sid G has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Sid started their career in 2011 as an IT recruiter at V2Soft, where they were responsible for the recruitment process. In 2014, they joined Pegasus Knowledge Solutions as an HR Executive, where they provided IT consulting and project delivery services. In 2017, they moved to Boston Technology Corporation as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they transitioned to TEQLINX SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, since April 2021, they are working at Boston Technology Corporation as a Senior Account Manager.

Sid G completed their Bachelor's of Computer Application degree in Computers from Gulbarga University from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued an MBA degree in HR and System from Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management in Bangalore from 2010 to 2011.
