Szebásztián Kocs has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Szebásztián currently holds the position of Senior Backend Software Developer at BTR since June 2020. Szebásztián has also served as a Backend Team Leader at BTR from February 2021 to May 2022. Prior to BTR, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Bizcuit Apps from September 2019 to May 2020. Szebásztián gained experience as an Integration Consultant at Fortech from July 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they held the role of Team Leader at Russmedia Romania from February 2018 to July 2018, and as a Senior Full Stack Developer from April 2013 to February 2018. Their career started as a Full Stack Developer at a Tourism Agency from July 2011 to April 2013.

Szebásztián Kocs received their Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering and IT from Universitatea din Oradea from the year 2011 to 2015. Szebásztián then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the same institution, completing it in the years 2015 to 2017.
