With over 29 years of expertise in content development, instructional design, and project management, Spencer has held various key roles, including Head of Production Operations at Wisewire Ed and Senior Agile Project Manager at Harvard Business Publishing. Notable achievements include developing data-driven learning solutions and managing diverse curriculum portfolios for global Fortune 500 companies at SAI Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance. Spencer holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Organizational Management from UMass Boston and is pursuing a Certificate in Wine Steward/Sommelier from Boston University MET International.
