Joe Braverman

Joe Braverman is an experienced sports broadcaster and media professional currently serving as a Play-by-Play Commentator for UMass Boston Athletics and as a Producer at WEEI Sports Radio Network. Since September 2022, Joe has provided commentary for Beacons Broadcast Network, while also managing radio shows and editing sound clips for one of Boston's leading sports stations since April 2022. Joe's background includes a Sports Information Intern role at Westfield State University, where duties involved writing press releases, creating videos, and announcing various sports events. Additionally, Joe has experience as a Camera Operator at Westfield State University, an On Air Talent at MindsetGo, and has previously worked as a Summer Camp Counselor and Busboy. Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westfield State University.
