Ella Heal is currently a Project Coordinator at the Boston VA Research Institute, Inc. (BVARI), contributing to the NIH-funded 'All of Us' Research Program since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Research Assistant for the same program and interning in the Department of Surgery at Boston Medical Center from January to May 2022. Ella also held the position of Laboratory Instructional Assistant at Emmanuel College, supporting upper-level Experimental Biology Lab courses. Ella earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Health Sciences from Emmanuel College, complemented by an academic experience at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Ella is a graduate of Lincoln High School.
