Alena Antipenkova has diverse work experience in the environmental and sustainable development sector. Alena began their career at EcoTechnologies in 2019, where they worked as an Environmental Speaker and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included leading environmental projects, managing waste management and recycling initiatives, and organizing environmental education programs for FMCG companies such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, and L'Oreal. Alena also handled tasks in social media management, copywriting, and web design. In 2021, Alena joined Sustainable Bureau as an Environmental Speaker, focusing on delivering informative presentations on environmental subjects. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at BostonGene, starting in 2022.

Alena Antipenkova completed their Master's degree in Philology, with a specialization in Functional-Communicative and Sociolinguistic Aspects of Studying Foreign Languages, from Moscow State University from 2018 to 2020.
