Rheanna Carter, MBA

Rheanna Carter, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rheanna is currently working at BostonGene as a Senior Regional Sales Manager, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Strategic Account Manager at BostonGene from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining BostonGene, Rheanna worked at Exact Sciences for several years. Rheanna'sroles at Exact Sciences included being a Regional Oncogenomic Liaison II from July 2017 to November 2021. In this role, they represented Oncotype DX assays for breast cancer, colon cancer, and metastatic prostate cancer, and successfully launched the Oncotype MAP Pan-Cancer Tissue Test. Rheanna also served as a Customer Relations Specialist I from March 2016 to July 2017, where they played a key role in managing large customer accounts, providing expertise in reimbursement and billing, and creating workflow diagrams for case management. Prior to that, Rheanna worked as a Lab Technician - Histology from September 2013 to March 2016.

Rheanna's earlier work experience includes working as a Math Tutor for individual students from January 2011 to January 2016, and as a Research Assistant and Plant Technician at Genentech from June 2003 to June 2006.

With their extensive experience in sales, customer relations, and laboratory work, Rheanna brings a wide range of skills and expertise to their current role at BostonGene.

Rheanna Carter began their education at Burlingame High School, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Rheanna then pursued further education at College of San Mateo, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Rheanna continued their academic journey at San Francisco State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Biology from 2005 to 2008.

In 2011, Rheanna engaged in post-baccalaureate work at San Jose State University, focusing on Hematology and Medical Microbiology for a year. Later, they decided to enhance their knowledge and skills in the business field and enrolled in Notre Dame de Namur University. From 2016 to 2018, Rheanna successfully completed their studies and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing.
