Kate Temple

Kate Temple, SPHR, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Bostrom, a role held since April 2017, previously also holding the title of Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes the position of EngageHR Specialist at the Management Association, providing HR support to member companies from April 2016 to April 2017. Kate Temple has also worked as Human Resources and Talent Manager at Wellspring Worldwide and as Human Resources Manager at Spark Unlimited. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Human Resources at the Hammer Museum, and various HR positions with Blue Man Group, including Company Manager for the Toronto Production and Production Coordinator for North American productions. Kate Temple holds a BA in Theatre and Communication from Augustana College.
