Manoj P C has been a Training Manager for BOT VFX since 2016, preparing 150+ artists for success. He works first with the hiring team to select new artists to join the BOT family, then makes sure that the new hires are onboarded with all the necessary tools and techniques. He has been instrumental in developing BOT’s Quality Internship program that establishes new artists with the in-depth knowledge they need.

Manoj began his VFX career with BOT as a paint artist in 2013. Over the span of his career, he has worked on visual effects for many exciting feature films, including Pacific Rim, Captain America: Civil War, Chappie, The Wolverine, Deadpool, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, and Doctor Strange.
