Viswanadha Sarma has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Executive-HR at Megasoft until 2009. Following this, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Specialist-Human Resources from 2009 to 2011. Sarma then moved to Uniparts India Ltd., where they held two roles: Assistant Manager from June 2011 to December 2013, and subsequently, Asst. General Manager from June 2011 to August 2023. Their most recent position is as the Head of Human Resources at Botanic Healthcare, where they started in July 2023.
Viswanadha Sarma pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1995, they attended A.M.A.A High School, where they completed their SSC degree in General studies. Moving forward, they enrolled at Andhra University from 2005 to 2007, obtaining an MBA degree specialized in Human Resources and Marketing. Lastly, in 2021 and 2022, Viswanadha Sarma attended the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Admin, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
