Pallavi Shukla

Pallavi Shukla has worked in a variety of roles, beginning with Associate Creative Head at Balaji Telefilms Ltd in 2008. Pallavi then moved to Creative Producer at Star TV in 2013, followed by Customer Service Specialist and Fraud Analyst at RewardsPay, Inc. in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Business Operations Coordinator at Ideas Collide, and most recently, in 2020, they have been working as Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager at Botco.ai. In this role, they are responsible for designing and deploying campaigns, creating optimized landing pages, and partnering with the content marketing and design teams to develop assets and content. Pallavi also works with operations and sales to better understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and manages A|B tests to optimize campaigns.

Pallavi Shukla is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Film and Media Production at Arizona State University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022.
