Thomas Nepveux

Thomas Nepveux is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and transformation across various sectors. As the Founder of FITHONEP since February 2019, Thomas specializes in LBO executive and managing roles, focusing on strategy, transformation, performance, and finance, along with advisory in business development and investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at both EVECIAL GROUP and BOTICINAL, and as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Ceido, Thomas also holds positions as a shareholder at Time for the Planet and a board member at Wilo & Grove. Previous roles include Chief Transformation Officer at Nuxe Group, Deputy CEO at HAVEA GROUP, and Group CFO at both Big Mamma and Buffalo Grill. Academically, Thomas holds an MSc in Strategy and Corporate Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
