Kalpana Selvaraj

Kalpana Selvaraj has a diverse work experience starting as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Golden Opportunities Pvt Ltd from March 2006 to May 2013. Kalpana then moved to CF IT Services Pvt Ltd where they served as a Product Owner from February 2014 to October 2019, gaining experience in stakeholder management, Agile environments, and UX/UI principles. Currently, they are working at Botminds AI, starting as a Solutions Lead in October 2019 and progressing to roles such as Customer Success Lead, Product Manager, and currently Head of Delivery - IA & IDP since October 2022. At Botminds AI, they have further honed their skills in product management and customer success.

Kalpana Selvaraj completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Annamalai University in 2008. Kalpana further pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2019 and Botminds AI Solution Developer - level 1 Foundation from Botminds AI in 2022.
