Sharmela Priya

Sharmela Priya has a diverse background in HR and finance, starting as a Virtual Assistant at Maxim Liberty, Inc. in 2008. Sharmela then worked as a Branch Head at Rahul Surgicals - India from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they transitioned to Wallet HR by Crystal HR as an Admin-HR from 2013 to 2016, gaining experience with HRMS product "Wallet HR." Currently, they are with Botminds Inc, where they started in 2016 as an HR Manager, focusing on AI document processing and process automation. Sharmela now serves as the Head of HR & Finance, with responsibilities including financial reporting, payroll management, and statutory compliance.

Sharmela Priya completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at Chinmaya Vidhyalaya. Sharmela pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Madras from 2010 to 2012. In 2020-2021, they obtained a Licentiate Degree in HR Generalist/Analyst from HRCI - Middle Earth HR.
