François-Xavier P. Darveau

François-Xavier P. Darveau is the current Head of Engineering at Botpress. Prior to joining Botpress, François-Xavier served as a software developer at Zilia, where they developed a prototype of a non-invasive, real-time and in vivo measurements of the oxygen concentration in the human eye. François-Xavier has also worked as a course assistant at Université Laval and as a Java Developer at ArcBees. In January 2017, François-Xavier co-founded OPFRONT, a software development company that was acquired by Quebecpass in October 2010.

François-Xavier P. Darveau is a software engineer who has a degree in engineering from Université Laval and a computer science degree from Linköping University. François-Xavier also has a DEC in natural sciences from Cégep-de-Sainte-Foy.
