Jesse Hachey Blanchet

Jesse Hachey Blanchet has worked in various roles since 2008. Jesse started as an Agent Principal - Service à la clientèle at Telus Health Solutions in 2008 and then moved on to become an Agent - Support technique. In 2011, they joined Vidéotron as an Administrateur Système Expert and Analyst Programmeur Expert. Currently, they are the Lead Solutions Architect at Botpress since 2020.

Jesse Hachey Blanchet obtained a DEC in Programming for web multimedi and business from Champlain College St-Lambert in 2009. In 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation (2011) certification from PeopleCert in March. In 2022, they obtained the Certified Conversation Designer certification from Conversational Academy in November.
