Zach Gonser has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Zach currently works as a Partner Growth Manager at Botrista Technology, Inc. starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DoorDash from 2018 to 2022, first as a Product Support Manager for Chowbotics, where they successfully reduced downtime and managed an international team. Zach then became a Product Support Lead for Chowbotics (acquired by DoorDash), where they implemented support platforms, managed inventory, and collaborated on product demos and launches. Before their time at DoorDash, they worked at Apple from 2010 to 2018 as a Genius and Channel Service Support. In these roles, they provided technical support, conducted training sessions, and resolved technical and administrative escalations.

Zach Gonser attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2009 to 2010, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 2012 to 2018, they attended Austin Community College, again without earning a degree or specifying a field of study.

In terms of certifications, Zach obtained several Google certifications, including Google IT Support, IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, and The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking. These certifications were obtained in June 2023 and May 2023.

Additionally, Zach received an Introduction to IT Course certification from Codecademy in December 2022. In August 2019, they obtained the Technical Support Fundamentals certification from Google. Furthermore, they obtained Apple certifications such as Apple Certified iOS Technician in July 2016, Apple Certified Pro Logic Pro X in September 2015, and Apple Certified Mac Technician in May 2015.
