Adam Winters has extensive work experience in the field of aircraft propulsion and airframes engineering. Adam began their career in 2004 with the Royal Air Force, where they worked on the Boeing C-17a Globemaster III. In this role, they were responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in the aircraft, as well as managing and supervising the work of their team. Adam also gained experience in aircraft documentation using the Engineering support system. In 2015, Adam joined Boeing Kuwait as a team leader for propulsion and airframe technicians. Their primary responsibilities included complex fault finding and rectification on mechanical systems, as well as instructing and assessing colleagues on various systems and engine operations. In 2021, they joined Beta Solutions Ltd as a Field Services Engineer before transitioning to their current role as a Commercial Implementation Engineer at Dexory in 2023.
Adam Winters studied at DCAE Cosford in 2005, where they focused on Aircraft Component Maintenance. In the same institution, they pursued a BTEC Level 3 degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2004 to 2005. Prior to their time at DCAE Cosford, Adam attended Helsby High School, but no specific dates or fields of study were provided for this educational experience.
