Vladislav Talantsev

Vladislav Talantsev has extensive work experience in the legal field. Vladislav is currently employed at VNX Exchange as the General Counsel since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at PJSOC Bashneft from November 2012 to March 2019, where they held the position of Head of M&A and International Projects Legal Department. In this role, they were responsible for providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other international projects.

From June 2007 to November 2012, Talantsev worked at SNR Denton as a Senior Associate, specializing in general corporate law, M&A, oil and gas regulatory, and energy matters. Vladislav started their career as an Associate at Denton Wilde Sapte from February 2005 to June 2007.

Talantsev also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2004 to 2005 and at Russin & Vecchi LLP from 2001 to 2004. Vladislav'sroles in these firms helped him develop a strong foundation in legal practice.

Vladislav Talantsev earned their LL.M degree in Law from the University of Minnesota Law School from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their Diploma of higher education (honours) in Law from Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) from 1992 to 1997.
