Neo Tapela MD, MPH is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in global health, public health, and research. Currently serving as the Chief Scientific Officer & VP at the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), Neo has also held various positions at organizations such as Leapfrog to Value, Botswana Harvard Aids Partnership, Harvard Medical School, and the Ministry of Health in Botswana. With a Doctor of Medicine degree from Harvard Medical School and a Master's Degree in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Neo is committed to improving healthcare outcomes and access on a global scale.
