Thatayaone Kelapile

Thatayaone Kelapile is an experienced estate officer with a strong background in property management and valuations. Currently employed at Botswana Housing Corporation since June 2022, responsibilities include managing leased properties for various clients, overseeing property sales, maintaining a waiting list for rental accommodations, conducting property valuations, and ensuring lease compliance. Prior experience includes serving as a housing officer at the Department of Housing from March 2016 to May 2022 and as a property valuer at More Property Valuers from July 2015 to February 2016, where roles involved valuations for a diverse range of properties and property management. Thatayaone holds a BSc in Land Management from the University of Botswana and has recently pursued a Certificate of Sectional Title Schemes from the University of Cape Town.
