Tumelo Lepere

Tumelo Lepere is a seasoned professional in the construction and quality assurance sectors, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Botswana Housing Corporation since June 2020. Previously, Tumelo managed construction projects as a Project Manager at Ossy & Sons from May 2017 to June 2020 and taught construction contract administration as a Quantity Surveying Lecturer at Ba Isago University College between August 2014 and April 2017. Early career experience includes roles as a Graduate Engineer at BJ Builders in 2011 and work as a Construction Engineer. Tumelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Botswana and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby.
