Thato Mazula

Thato Mazula currently serves as a Board Member of the Masawara Young Leaders Advisory Board, contributing innovative ideas and a millennial perspective to the Masawara Executive board to drive growth. As a Senior Claims Analyst at Botswana Insurance Company, Thato Mazula oversees specialized claims and junior staff to meet organizational targets. Previous roles include Claims Technician at the Botswana National Productivity Centre, where Thato Mazula conducted surveys for the Global Competitiveness Report 2019/2020, and an Attache at the Bank of Botswana, focusing on data analysis and economic forecasting. Thato Mazula began the professional journey as a Student Assistant at the University of Botswana Library while completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at the University of Botswana from 2015 to 2019.
