Mpho Morale

Mpho Morale has extensive experience in operations management within the insurance sector, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Botswana Life since May 2019, with overall accountability for new business, underwriting, records management, and claims. Previously, Mpho has held various significant positions at Botswana Life Insurance Pty Ltd, including Operations Manager for Annuity and Service Manager for North, contributing to the management of employee benefits and affinity groups. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Management Reporting Accountant, where Mpho compiled organizational accounts for reporting purposes. Mpho holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Botswana.
