Topoyame Isaac Makoi

Topoyame Isaac Makoi is a Senior Instructor at Botswana University since October 2019, specializing in teaching diploma and certificate courses in Ecology of Forests and Rangelands, Community Forestry, Agroforestry, and Range Survey and Monitoring. Previously, Topoyame served as a GIS Technician at Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources from June 2008 to October 2019, providing technical assistance in GIS, map production, and environmental assessments. Topoyame also worked as a Private Tutor in Geographical Information Science and Remote Sensing at The University of Western Australia from January 2015 to November 2016, and held various GIS roles at NTR Technology Holdings (Pty) Ltd and IDE Technologies. Topoyame holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from North West University.
