Nick Spain has extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as Litigation Team Leader and Head Of Department at Bott and Co since February 2012, where previously the role included Chartered Legal Executive and Litigation Executive. Prior experience includes positions as Litigation Fee Earner at Keoghs and Irwin Mitchell, and Senior Claims Handler at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd. Nick began a career in sales with Lookers PLC before transitioning to the legal sector. Educational qualifications include becoming an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives from CILEX Tutorial College and studies at Burnley College and Fisher More RC High School.
