Lon Roland

Lon Roland has extensive experience in audio and video production, currently serving as an Audio/Video Production Specialist for NCED and USPS since February 1995, with a focus on distance and virtual learning. Lon has also been a Staff Announcer for Bott Radio Network since 2005, responsible for operating the board and producing radio broadcasts. Additionally, Lon has contributed to ECS at NCED, specializing in voice-over and narration for eLearning, along with comprehensive video and audio production skills. Lon's military background includes a role as a broadcaster with the Armed Forces Radio & Television Service from 1974 to 1994, as well as earlier experience as a Staff Announcer at KSST Radio. Educational qualifications include a BA and BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an AA in Public Affairs and Administration from the Community College of the Air Force.
