Ioana Andreea Zeres has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and executive search. Ioana Andreea is currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, People Engagement, and Employer Branding at Bottega Veneta, where they are responsible for implementing a long-term plan for employee engagement and cultivating inclusion and diversity. Prior to this, they founded their own executive search firm, Ioana Andreea Zeres, specializing in serving iconic lifestyle brands in the EMEA region. Ioana Andreea also worked as an Associate Director at Fusion Associates, focusing on the sportswear and fashion sector, and as an Associate Principal at Michael Page Executive Search, specializing in FMCG, luxury, fashion, sporting goods, and energy industries. In addition, they have held roles at Hays Italy, ALI S.p.A., and Banca IMI, where they gained experience in recruitment, communications, and HR.
Ioana Andreea Zeres completed their Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at MiMeC in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Academia De Politie Alexandru Ioan Cuza Bucuresti from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment, Employee Experience, Golfer [Professional], HOGAN ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM, and Advanced certification from PADI. The years in which they obtained these certifications range from 2016 to 2024.
