Deb Gelman is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as EVP of Experience Design at Bottle Rocket since June 2019, Deb has built and nurtured a global team focused on creating award-winning digital products across various industries. Prior roles include AVP of Design & User Experience at AT&T, where Deb established a product design practice for over 100 team members, and Senior Director of User Experience at EPAM Systems, overseeing comprehensive design processes. Deb also held positions at Nutrisystem and Comcast, focusing on innovative user experiences. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Design and Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from American University. Since October 2023, Deb has been a founding member of the Design Leaders Community.
