Shane holds a WSET Level 4 Diploma (out of 200 national holders) and is a co-author of the book, ‘葡萄酒品鉴’ (Wine Tasting). He is a knowledgeable wine instructor, well-versed in winemaking, varietal styles, regions, and much more. He has hosted several tastings at companies like KPMG, H&M, and Xi Hua Museum. In addition, Shane has lectured on wine at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Shanghai Science & Tech University and Maritime University.
