Pascal Brenneisen

Pascal Brenneisen has a wide range of work experience. Pascal began their career in 2015 as the CEO and Owner of Brenneisen LifeScience GmbH. In 2016, they became the Regional Business Unit Head for Life Science & Healthcare Central- & Eastern Europe at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Pascal was also the Chairman of Entourage in 2016. In 2017, they Co-Founded BoardFinder, an International Association of Independent Board Members. In 2019, they became a Board Member of BioCopy GmbH, a global leader in molecular interaction analysis. In 2021, they Co-Founded Bottneuro AG, a personalized therapy for Alzheimer patients, and became a Region Head CEE & DACH - VP and Board Member of Accord Healthcare. Pascal also became an Executive Board Member of Eczacıbaşı Shire in 2018 and a Region Head EUMEA - VP at Shire, a company with ~800m$ Revenue and ~600 FTEs in 40 countries and 12 Local Legal Entities. Additionally, they have been a Board Member of TOPADUR PHARMA AG since 2015, a Pharma Biotech Startup in Derma, Ophtamology, Oncology & Medical Cosmetics.

Pascal Brenneisen began their education in 1984, earning a Master of Law from the University of Basel. In 1997-1998, they attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) for International Sales- & Marketing Management. In 1999, they attended INSEAD for International Marketing. From 2000-2001, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for Marketing & Sales Excellence. From 2002-2003, they attended IMD for PED - Executive Development. In 2005, they attended Harvard Business School for Finance Excellence II. In 2011, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for Executive Leadership. In 2013, they attended Center for Creative Leadership CCL, Singapore for Leadership at the Peak. In 2008, they attended Harvard Business School for GMP IV. In 2019, they attended IMD for High Performance Boards. Additionally, they were a PADI Professional Association of Divers Scuba Dive Instructor from 1988-2002.
