Paul Nicosia

Paul Nicosia is an experienced project manager in the architecture and construction industry with a strong focus on retail, restaurant, and specialty projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at Boucher Design Group, LLC since July 2018, Paul leads design and construction document coordination on multi-discipline projects. As a Sr. Managing Partner at NDI Resources, LLC since May 2017, Paul manages residential investment properties and works with investors on various deals. Previous experience includes positions at Identity Architects, Callison, and Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc., where Paul showcased skills in project management, coordination, financial review, and client relationship building. Paul holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston.
