Martin Hernu has a diverse professional background with experience in project management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Martin is working towards opening a franchise of Boulangerie Ange in Canada, leveraging the knowledge gained during a career that includes a role as Project Manager for Processus Management and Business Transformation at OVH Cloud, where Martin focused on ERP Finance & Industry. Prior to this, Martin developed customer relationships at OVH, gaining insight into innovative technologies. Martin's earlier experiences include a position as Chef de secteur at Leroy Merlin and a sales role at Boulanger.
