Tom Barone

Tom Barone is an experienced operations executive currently serving as SVP of Operations at Boulder Care, focusing on operations, data analytics, product, and engineering since November 2025. Additionally, Tom is a Startup Advisor and Consultant at High Tide Advisory and has collaborated with notable venture capital firms including Antler VC and Primary VC. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ansel Health until the company was acquired in October 2025, where a mission to alleviate health-related financial burdens was pursued. As a founding member and VP of Clinical & Business Operations at Maven Clinic, Tom played a crucial role in scaling the company to a Series E milestone with $300 million raised and a workforce of 600. Earlier in the career, Tom served as Marketing Director at Loeb.nyc, driving significant growth for ScriptRelief, and held roles at RR Donnelley and Cape Venture Partners.
