Kenneth Dillon is the SVP & President International Oil and Gas Operations at Occidental Petroleum. Kenneth has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including positions at Occidental Permian, Occidental of Elk Hills, Dolphin Energy, Occidental del Ecuador, and Occidental of Qatar. Kenneth has a degree in chemical engineering from Occidental College.
